Exchange Policy

At Summerize, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to exchange an item due to a size issue, we’re here to help. Please carefully review our exchange guidelines below:


* Any item can be requested for exchange within 48 hours of delivery for size-related issues. All other concerns, such as color or style preferences, are not eligible for exchanges at this time. Please ensure the item you wish to exchange is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

* Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size. 

* Customers are responsible for shipping the item(s) they wish to exchange back to us. Kindly ensure the package is securely wrapped, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any delivery issues.

* Items purchased with customized sizing are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

* Reach out to us at shopsummerize@gmail.com with your order number along with all the necessary details of exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product
* ⁠Mail subject line should have “EXCHANGE - Name - Order Number”
* Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
* Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving our approval.
* Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange and send the new size (subject to availability). 
* ⁠We only send the exchanged package free of cost once post that there would be an additional charge of Rs 100.

 

Please note that shipping charges for exchanges are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of return shipping. 

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available in cases where:

* You received a damaged item.
* You received a different product

Proof Requirement:

To process a refund, we require a video proof clearly showing the damaged or incorrect item. The video must be taken as soon as you receive the package and before the item is used or worn.

Refund Process:

* Contact us at shopsummerize@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number.
* Attach the video proof to your request, clearly showing the issue.
* Once the video is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund.
* Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

 

Non-Refundable Situations:

We do not offer refunds for any reason other than damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are not available for size issues, change of mind, or customized orders.
