What is the estimated delivery time?

  • The estimated delivery time is around 7-14 business days. However, it may vary depending on the city.

 

Is COD available?

  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be prepaid through the available online payment methods at checkout.

Do I need to create an account to place an order? 

  • No, it's not necessary. We do provide guest checkouts, however in that case, you won't be able to login and view your order history once you leave the page.

Can I cancel my order? 

  • Once the order has been placed, it can't be cancelled.

 

How can I track my order? 

  • Once the order has been shipped, the tracking ID will be sent on the provided email ID/ phone number via the delivery partners.

 

Whom should I contact in case of an urgent query?

What are the shipping charges? 

  • We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders above ₹999, however an additional amount of ₹80 will be charged for orders below ₹1000.

What is your return policy?

Is size customisation available?

  • Yes, we do provide size and length customisation (only for select products - please refer to product description to check if customisation is available for that product). You can mention the customization details in the 'instructions box' while placing your order. However, please note that customised items are not available for exchange.
